  • Return Eligibility
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items:
Non-prescription, unopened, and unused items may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required
  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery or pickup
  • Refund Process

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the product (if applicable).
