theme look and feel missing

I upgraded to the pro version of the Travel Hiking theme. Since upgrading the theme, all the images for the theme are all gone, and all I have is a a white background with black text for all my pages/posts.

I responded over 24 hours ago. It’s been almost 3 days since I’ve tried installing the theme I paid for and it’s still not working. I’ve purchased several themes from other vendors before and normally they just work right away. What gives?

Buy something better. They never fixed it and wouldn’t refund me. I’d recommend trying to reverse the charge ASAP.
