Problem with Equipment Rental Pro

Wordpress was completely reinstalled on localhost. (The new site is not due to go online until January – the current homepage must remain until then)
I have the following problems with the theme Equipment Rental Pro (version 0.0.1 and also with 0.0.2):

1. There is an ajax error when installing some plugins automatically
2. Demo Importer:
a.) Only 21 images with content are displayed in the media view – the rest of the 126 files have no content
b.) no menus are displayed in the preview, the header and footer areas are completely missing
c.) no templates are imported (except for the homepage)
3. On the homepage there is only the short code equipment search as text output without any function

It would be nice if there was a solution to the problems.
