Template Doesnt Work (Cyber Security Pro)

I’m using the same theme (Cyber security pro) and the customizer does not show the cybersecurity theme options. The customizer does not work. I’ve tried clearing cache several times but none of the theme options show up. Please advise.

hey did you ever get support from the vendor, i have the same issue but the vendor/developer donest even want to respond. I am going to be doing a charge back on my credit card , but before i did that I just wanted to ask if your issue ever got resolved.
