I responded over 24 hours ago. It’s been almost 3 days since I’ve tried installing the theme I paid for and it’s still not working. I’ve purchased several themes from other vendors before and normally they just work right away. What gives?

Buy something better. They never fixed it and wouldn’t refund me. I’d recommend trying to reverse the charge ASAP.
